V článku 3 ods. 4 smernice (EÚ) 2022/2555 sa odkazuje na článok 3 ods. 3 uvedenej smernice, v ktorom
sa od členských štátov vyžaduje, aby do 17. apríla 2025 zostavili zoznam kľúčových a dôležitých subjektov, ako aj subjektov
poskytujúcich služby registrácie doménových mien. Členské štáty musia
tento zoznam pravidelne preskúmavať a v prípade potreby aktualizovať, a
potom aspoň každé dva roky.
