Celem tych ukierunkowanych konsultacji jest zebranie informacji i danych na temat dostępności niektórych utworów chronionych prawem autorskim, w szczególności utworów innych niż drukowane (np. filmy, zdjęcia lub muzyka), dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Komisja przeprowadza to zadanie w ramach przygotowywania sprawozdania przewidzianego w art. 9 dyrektywy (UE) 2017/1564 w sprawie Marrakeszu. Konsultacje są skierowane do osób niepełnosprawnych i organizacji działających w ich imieniu, podmiotów praw autorskich, producentów treści, dystrybutorów, dostawców usług, nadawców i instytucji edukacyjnych.

The Broadband Cost Reduction Directive aims to facilitate and incentivise the roll-out of high-speed electronic communications networks by lowering the costs of deployment with a set of harmonised measures. This public consultation aims to gather stakeholders’ views and inputs on the implementation of the Directive to support the analysis of the backward-looking evaluation as well as to support forward-looking policy options.
The European Commission has launched a public consultation inviting Member States and other stakeholders to provide their views and comments on the existing EU State aid rules on public support for the deployment of broadband networks. The public consultation is part of an overall evaluation by the Commission of the relevant rules with a view to assess whether they are still fit purpose or whether they will need to be updated in light of recent technological and market developments. The aim of this public consultation is to collect feedback on drivers and barriers to the development and uptake of eID and trust services in Europe and on the impacts of the options for delivering an EU digital identity. It targets broad public (e.g. citizens and end-users, including older persons and persons with disabilities) as well as companies directly impacted by the eIDAS Regulation (e.g. trust service providers, identity providers), competent authorities in the Member States, international organisations and concerned stakeholders on the eIDAS framework.
