Measures applicable to infringements
Measures applicable to infringements of articles 3-5 of the Regulation according to § 701 (1), (2) of Consumer Protection Act:
For the natural persons is punishable by a fine ofup to 300 fine units (1 unit equals to 4 euros as of 2019[1]). The same act, if committed by a legal person, is punishable by a fine of up to 32,000 euros.
