Measures applicable to infringements
Infringements of Art. 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 and 5.1 of Reg. 302/2018/EU:

- Fine between 1.000 and 30.000 EUR for sole trader;
Infringements of Art. 3.1 of Reg. 302/2018/EU:
- Fine between 500 and 1.500 EUR for the responsible person of the legal entity or the sole trader.
