Οι παρούσες κατευθυντήριες γραμμές αποσαφηνίζουν την εφαρμογή των εν λόγω διατάξεων, οι οποίες αφορούν τη
σχέση μεταξύ της οδηγίας (ΕΕ) 2022/2555 και των υφιστάμενων και μελλοντικών τομεακών νομικών πράξεων της
Ένωσης που αφορούν μέτρα διαχείρισης κινδύνων στον τομέα της κυβερνοασφάλειας ή απαιτήσεις
αναφοράς συμβάντων.
Κατ’ εφαρμογή του άρθρου 4 παράγραφος 3 τρίτη περίοδος της οδηγίας (ΕΕ) 2022/2555
, η Επιτροπή έλαβε υπόψη τις παρατηρήσεις της ομάδας συνεργασίας NIS και του
Οργανισμού της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για την Κυβερνοασφάλεια (ENISA) πριν από την έγκριση
των παρουσών κατευθυντήριων γραμμών.
