Les présentes lignes directrices clarifient l’application de ces dispositions, qui concernent la
relation entre la directive (UE) 2022/2555 et les actes juridiques sectoriels actuels et futurs de l’
Union traitant des mesures de gestion des risques en matière de cybersécurité ou des exigences en matière de
notification des incidents.
En application de l’article 4, paragraphe 3, troisième phrase, de la directive (UE) 2022/2555
, la Commission a tenu compte des observations du groupe de coopération SRI et de l’Agence de
l’Union européenne pour la cybersécurité (ENISA) avant l’adoption
des présentes lignes directrices.
