W niniejszych wytycznych wyjaśniono stosowanie tych przepisów, które dotyczą
związku między dyrektywą (UE) 2022/2555 a obecnymi i przyszłymi sektorowymi aktami prawnymi
Unii dotyczącymi środków zarządzania ryzykiem w cyberprzestrzeni lub wymogów dotyczących
zgłaszania incydentów.
Zgodnie z art. 4 ust. 3 zdanie trzecie dyrektywy (UE) 2022/2555
Komisja uwzględniła uwagi grupy współpracy ds. bezpieczeństwa sieci i informacji oraz Agencji Unii
Europejskiej ds. Cyberbezpieczeństwa (ENISA) przed przyjęciem niniejszych
wytycznych.
