Käesolevates suunistes selgitatakse nende sätete kohaldamist, mis käsitlevad
seost direktiivi (EL) 2022/2555 ning praeguste ja tulevaste valdkondlike
liidu õigusaktide vahel, milles käsitletakse küberturvalisuse riskijuhtimismeetmeid või intsidentidest
teatamise nõudeid.
Direktiivi (EL) 2022/2555 artikli 4 lõike 3 kolmanda lause kohaldamisel võttis
komisjon arvesse võrgu- ja infoturbe koostöörühma ja
Euroopa Liidu Küberturvalisuse Ameti (ENISA) tähelepanekuid enne
käesolevate suuniste vastuvõtmist.
