Tyto pokyny objasňují uplatňování těchto ustanovení, která se týkají
vztahu mezi směrnicí (EU) 2022/2555 a stávajícími a budoucími odvětvovými právními akty
Unie, které se zabývají opatřeními k řízení kybernetických bezpečnostních rizik nebo požadavky na
hlášení incidentů.

pokynů zohlednila připomínky skupiny pro spolupráci v oblasti bezpečnosti sítí a informací a Agentury
Evropské unie pro kybernetickou bezpečnost (ENISA).
