Sąjungos teisės aktų, kuriais reglamentuojamos kibernetinio saugumo rizikos valdymo priemonės arba
pranešimo apie incidentus reikalavimai,
santykiu, taikymas.
Taikydama Direktyvos (ES) 2022/2555 4 straipsnio 3 dalies trečią sakinį,
Komisija atsižvelgė į TIS bendradarbiavimo grupės ir
Europos Sąjungos kibernetinio saugumo agentūros (ENISA) pastabas prieš priimant šias
gaires.
