V týchto usmerneniach sa objasňuje uplatňovanie uvedených ustanovení, ktoré sa týkajú
vzťahu medzi smernicou (EÚ) 2022/2555 a súčasnými a budúcimi odvetvovými právnymi aktmi
Únie týkajúcimi sa opatrení na riadenie kybernetických rizík alebo požiadaviek na
oznamovanie incidentov.
V súlade s článkom 4 ods. 3 treťou vetou smernice (EÚ) 2022/2555
Komisia zohľadnila pripomienky skupiny pre spoluprácu v oblasti sieťovej a informačnej bezpečnosti a Agentúry
Európskej únie pre kybernetickú bezpečnosť (ENISA) pred prijatím týchto
usmernení.
