I dessa riktlinjer klargörs tillämpningen av de bestämmelser som rör
förhållandet mellan direktiv (EU) 2022/2555 och nuvarande och framtida sektorsspecifika
unionsrättsakter om riskhanteringsåtgärder för cybersäkerhet eller krav på
incidentrapportering.
Med tillämpning av artikel 4.3 tredje meningen i direktiv (EU) 2022/2555
tog kommissionen hänsyn till synpunkterna från samarbetsgruppen för nät- och informationssäkerhet
och Europeiska unionens cybersäkerhetsbyrå (Enisa) innan
dessa riktlinjer antogs.
