I presenti orientamenti chiariscono l'applicazione di tali disposizioni, che riguardano la
relazione tra la direttiva (UE) 2022/2555 e gli attuali e futuri atti giuridici settoriali
dell'Unione relativi alle misure di gestione dei rischi di cibersicurezza o agli obblighi di
segnalazione degli incidenti.
In applicazione dell'articolo 4, paragrafo 3, terza frase, della direttiva (UE) 2022/2555
, la Commissione ha tenuto conto delle osservazioni del gruppo di cooperazione NIS e dell'Agenzia
dell'Unione europea per la cibersicurezza (ENISA) prima dell'adozione
dei presenti orientamenti.
