V teh smernicah je pojasnjena uporaba navedenih določb, ki se nanašajo na
razmerje med Direktivo (EU) 2022/2555 ter sedanjimi in prihodnjimi sektorskimi pravnimi akti
Unije, ki obravnavajo ukrepe za obvladovanje tveganj za kibernetsko varnost ali zahteve glede
poročanja o incidentih.
Komisija je pri uporabi člena 4(3), tretji stavek, Direktive (EU) 2022/2555 pred sprejetjem teh
smernic upoštevala pripombe skupine za sodelovanje na področju varnosti omrežij in informacij ter Agencije
Evropske unije za kibernetsko varnost (ENISA).
