U ovim Smjernicama pojašnjava se primjena tih odredaba koje se odnose na
odnos između Direktive (EU) 2022/2555 te postojećih i budućih sektorskih pravnih akata
Unije koji se odnose na mjere upravljanja kibersigurnosnim rizicima ili zahtjeve za
izvješćivanje o incidentima.
Pri primjeni članka 4. stavka 3. treće rečenice Direktive (EU) 2022/2555
Komisija je uzela u obzir primjedbe Skupine za suradnju NIS i Agencije
Europske unije za kibersigurnost (ENISA) prije donošenja ovih
Smjernica.
