Šajās pamatnostādnēs ir precizēta to noteikumu piemērošana, kuri attiecas uz
saikni starp Direktīvu (ES) 2022/2555 un pašreizējiem un turpmākajiem nozarspecifiskajiem
Savienības tiesību aktiem, kas attiecas uz kiberdrošības riska pārvaldības pasākumiem vai incidentu
ziņošanas prasībām.
Piemērojot Direktīvas (ES) 2022/2555 4. panta 3. punkta trešo teikumu,
Komisija pirms šo
pamatnostādņu pieņemšanas ņēma vērā TID sadarbības grupas un
Eiropas Savienības Kiberdrošības aģentūras (ENISA) apsvērumus.
