В настоящите насоки се пояснява прилагането на тези разпоредби, които се отнасят до
връзката между Директива (ЕС) 2022/2555 и настоящите и бъдещите специфични за сектора правни актове на
Съюза, отнасящи се до мерките за управление на риска в областта на киберсигурността или изискванията
за докладване на инциденти.
В изпълнение на член 4, параграф 3, трето изречение от
Директива (ЕС) 2022/2555 Комисията взе предвид забележките на групата за сътрудничество за МИС и
Агенцията на Европейския съюз за киберсигурност (ENISA) преди приемането
на настоящите насоки.
