Nærværende retningslinjer præciserer anvendelsen af de bestemmelser, der vedrører
forholdet mellem direktiv (EU) 2022/2555 og nuværende og fremtidige sektorspecifikke
EU-retsakter, der omhandler foranstaltninger til styring af cybersikkerhedsrisici eller krav om
indberetning af hændelser.
I henhold til artikel 4, stk. 3, tredje punktum, i direktiv
2022/2555/EU tog Kommissionen hensyn til bemærkningerne fra
NIS-samarbejdsgruppen og Den Europæiske Unions Agentur for Cybersikkerhed (ENISA) forud for vedtagelsen
af disse retningslinjer.
