De onderhavige richtsnoeren verduidelijken de toepassing van die bepalingen, die betrekking hebben op het
verband tussen Richtlijn (EU) 2022/2555 en de huidige en toekomstige sectorspecifieke rechtshandelingen van de
Unie die betrekking hebben op maatregelen voor het beheer van cyberbeveiligingsrisico’s of vereisten inzake
incidentenrapportage.
Overeenkomstig artikel 4, lid 3, derde zin, van Richtlijn (EU) 2022/2555
heeft de Commissie rekening gehouden met de opmerkingen van de NIS-samenwerkingsgroep en het Agentschap
van de Europese Unie voor cyberbeveiliging (Enisa) voorafgaand aan de vaststelling
van deze richtsnoeren.
