Ez az iránymutatás tisztázza azon rendelkezések alkalmazását, amelyek az (EU) 2022/2555 irányelv, valamint a kiberbiztonsági kockázatkezelési intézkedésekkel vagy a biztonsági események
bejelentésére vonatkozó követelményekkel foglalkozó jelenlegi és jövőbeli ágazatspecifikus
uniós jogi aktusok közötti
kapcsolatot érintik.
Az (EU) 2022/2555 irányelv 4. cikke (3) bekezdésének harmadik mondata alkalmazásában a
Bizottság ezen
iránymutatás elfogadása előtt figyelembe vette a Kiberbiztonsági Együttműködési Csoport és az
Európai Uniós Kiberbiztonsági Ügynökség (ENISA) észrevételeit.
