Näissä suuntaviivoissa selvennetään niiden säännösten soveltamista, jotka koskevat direktiivin (EU) 2022/2555 ja kyberturvallisuusriskien hallintatoimenpiteitä tai poikkeamien
raportointivaatimuksia koskevien nykyisten ja tulevien alakohtaisten
unionin säädösten välistä
suhdetta.
Direktiivin (EU) 2022/2555 4 artiklan 3 kohdan kolmannen virkkeen mukaisesti
komissio otti huomioon verkko- ja tietoturva-alan yhteistyöryhmän ja
Euroopan unionin kyberturvallisuusviraston (ENISA) huomautukset ennen näiden
suuntaviivojen hyväksymistä.
